DIRECTIONS:

An exact fit may be obtained by adjusting the length of the head straps which are threaded through the slots of the inserts.

1. First, adjust the crown strap for proper height of the ear pieces. The crown strap goes over the top of the head. (Shortening the crown strap will raise the front of the forehead.)

2. Adjust the two rear straps and the forehead strap for horizontal position.

3. Adjust the neck strap so that the neck sleeve is centered comfortably.

IMPORTANT: When fastening the neck strap for wrestling, tuck the end of the strap under the foam, then close the snap.
