Matman USA is committed to processing and shipping orders as quickly as possible. Please review the following information regarding our shipping practices:

Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are non-refundable. This includes situations involving returns, refusals, or delays once an order has shipped.

Production Time: Orders that include Matman-made items may require additional processing time if the product needs to be manufactured prior to shipment. Production timelines may vary and can extend overall delivery time.

Shipping Carriers: We use third-party shipping providers, including but not limited to USPS and UPS. Carrier selection is based on order size, destination, and service availability.

Shipping Delays: Delivery times are estimates only. Orders may be delayed due to weather conditions, carrier delays, service interruptions, or other issues outside of Matman USA’s control. Matman USA is not responsible or liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

Liability: Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery timing rests with the carrier.

Standard processing time for custom orders is 15 business days. For sublimation, 10 business days. For stock orders, 24 hours. These are frames of reference, not legally-binding commitments. Note: these processing times begin after order and design has been confirmed.
Please note, when shipping internationally every country has different fees for customs & tariffs. We are not responsible for these fees. We are not informed of the fees before shipping. For information it is best to contact your local customs agency.
