Returns

Matman will accept returns for any item(s) within 30 days of order delivery. After this period has passed, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Returns are only valid for items purchased directly from our website.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as originally sent. It must also be in the original packaging.

To request a return, please send an email to orders@matmanusa.com with your order number and name for reference.

Always contact Matman before returning an item(s). Please allow two business days for our response.

Refunds

Once a return is received, it will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note shipping costs are not eligable to be refunded.

If we encounter any issues with your return such as missing or used items we will contact you via email to inform you of a return that cannot be accepted.

Late or Missing Refunds

Refunds typically take 3-4 business days to officially credit back to your payment method.

If you don't see a credit on your payment method within 4 business days please contact your credit/debit card company and or bank. There may be additional  processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at orders@matmanusa.com.

Exchanges

Exchanges will only be accepted for items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@matmanusa.com. Do not return without consulting Matman on eligibility.

Regarding mistakes in the ordering process, we will provide a refund given the set of requirements outlined in the Returns section. If, for example, a customer orders the wrong size by mistake, we will provide a refund at which point the customer can re-order the correct size.

International Orders

 

Customer is responsible for ALL International Shipping costs. This includes USPS International Shipping post and any/all country customs, duty tax, etc. This applies to New orders, Returns and Exchanges.
