Refund & Return Policy


Returns

Matman USA accepts returns within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from the Matman USA website.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

  • Opened or used items may be subject to a restocking fee, up to a maximum of 10% of the item cost

Return Authorization Required
All returns must be approved prior to being sent back. To request a return, log into your account go to your past order and request a return there. If you are having issues please reach out to us via the Contact Us page with your order number.

Refunds

Once your authorized return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • If returned items are missing, used, or damaged, the return may be denied. If not in original condidtion additional charges may be applied and deducted from refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

Refunds typically appear within 3–4 business days after processing.

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank or credit card account again

  2. Contact your credit/debit card company or bank, as processing times may vary

If you have completed these steps and still do not see your refund, please contact us at orders@matmanusa.com.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only accepted for items that are defective or that are damaged in transit.

To request an exchange for the same item, please contact orders@matmanusa.com before returning anything. Unauthorized exchange returns will not be accepted.

If an incorrect item or size was ordered by mistake, we will issue a refund according to the Returns policy. Customers may then place a new order for the correct item or size.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for all international shipping costs, including but not limited to:

  • International postage

  • Customs fees

  • Duties and taxes

This applies to new orders, returns, and exchanges. Shipping costs and international fees are non-refundable.
